Justin is a seasoned professional with nearly 30 years of extensive experience in design and construction, specializing in healthcare, government office, and corporate commercial markets. Throughout his career, he has established himself as a recognized leader in his field, demonstrating a hands-on approach that has proven integral to the success of numerous projects.

Throughout his career, Justin has held pivotal roles, notably spending nearly 15 years as the Director of Real Estate for a prominent regional health system in Southern Oregon. During his tenure, he oversaw a healthcare real estate portfolio valued at over half a billion dollars, spearheading the development of more than 50 construction projects annually and strategically managing key properties. He brought this experience to Rubicon Investments and has utilized his experience to support the CEO in the growth of its real estate portfolio, doubling the assets under management.

At Rubicon, Justin holds a principal role in real property development and portfolio management, leveraging his extensive executive-level experience in managing healthcare, government office, and general commercial office construction. His visionary leadership and innovative approach have played a pivotal role in the success of Rubicon's projects, earning widespread recognition for their efficiency and excellence. Justin excels at fostering strong relationships, prioritizing the needs of the end users of a facility, along with the members of the development team. His dedication extends to fulfilling the requirements of the community through the projects he undertakes, consistently aligning with Rubicon's vision.

Recognized for his exemplary contributions to the industry, Justin has received several prestigious accolades, including the Better Bricks Award for Owner/Developer for Oregon and SW Washington in 2012. His exceptional leadership and innovative approach also earned him a spot on the Urban Land Institute's list of top 100 Real Estate Professionals to watch globally.  His commitment to sustainability and excellence is evident in his track record of completing seven LEED Certified projects over the past seven years. He has passion for Trauma Informed and Inclusive Design, as evidenced in his recently completed second book, Inclusive Design: Developing Environments for Every Individual.

Justin holds a BS in Innovation and Leadership from Southern Oregon University, an MBA from Western Governors University, and a certificate in Governing Family Enterprises from the prestigious Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University further enhancing his skills in management, executive leadership, and strategic thinking.
